Our colored products are delicate as they are hand-dyed with plant waste; therefore, returns are not accepted.
Our return period is 14 days.
The tag of the product to be returned must not be removed, hygiene strips must not be detached, and it must be sent back with its original package/box.
The product must be returned in the condition it was received.
Inspection and Refund Process
The returned product that reaches us will be inspected by our team.
If the error, defect, or malfunction is user-caused as a result of the inspection, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days.
Cash refunds are not made.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be sent with its invoice.
Returns of products that have lost their resalability and cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted, and their cost will not be refunded.

Dry the product flat in the shade.
Tumble dryer? Let's gently say "no" to that too.
3. Does ironing work? Yes, but...
Iron on low heat, inside out.
Do not apply direct heat to embroidered or buttoned areas.
4. Let it breathe even when storing
Cloth bag, not plastic bag!
Colors may fade a little over time. This shows that they are aging, that they are living fabrics.
