Return Conditions

As our colored products are hand-dyed using plant waste, they are delicate products; therefore, returns are not accepted.

Our return period is 14 days.

The product to be returned must have its tags intact, its hygiene strips must not have been removed, and it must be sent back in its original packaging or box.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Inspection and Refund Process

The returned product received by us will be inspected by our team.

If the inspection determines that the defect, damage, or issue was caused by the user, the product amount will be refunded to your credit card within the statutory period of 10 business days.

Cash refunds are not available.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be sent together with its invoice.

Returns of products that have lost their resale value and cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
