1. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Ham Fabrics, acting as the data controller, collects your personal data verbally, in writing, or electronically through the website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels within the scope of our legal obligations arising from applicable legislation.

For these purposes, your personal data may be shared with our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have contractual relationships or to whom we provide services as required by our activities, suppliers, audit companies, public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data due to a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities, without limitation.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data
Ham Fabrics shall respond to the following requests made by relevant persons:
a) To learn whether Ham Fabrics processes personal data relating to them and which personal data is processed,
b) To obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing activities,
c) To learn the third parties to whom Ham Fabrics transfers personal data within Türkiye or abroad,
d) To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
f) Where the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data is requested, to request that the relevant transactions be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and

Privacy and Security
Ham Fabrics requests certain personal information from its customers, such as name, age, interests, and email address, in order to provide better services.

Accordingly, all payment-related transactions are conducted between the bank and your computer through the relevant payment interface without the credit card information being stored by Ham Fabrics.
