When will my order be shipped?
How long does shipping take?
Deliveries within Turkey generally take 1–3 business days.

How much is shipping?
For orders under 4,000 TL, the shipping fee is 115 TL.
For orders of 4,000 TL and above, shipping is free.

You can return your products within 14 days of receipt.
Which products cannot be returned?
Returns are not accepted for used, washed, or de-tagged products.

How should the products be washed?
Turn the product inside out and wash by hand or on a delicate cycle, at 30 degrees, with cold water.
Use color-safe, natural ingredient soaps.
Bleach, fabric softener, perfumed detergents? A big no!
How should I dry the products?
Dry the product laid flat in the shade.
A dryer? Let’s gently say “no” to that too.
How should the products be ironed?
Iron on low heat, from the reverse side.
Do not apply direct heat to embroidered or buttoned areas.
How should the products be stored?
No plastic bags, use a cloth bag!
Colors may fade slightly over time. This shows that they are aging, that they are living fabrics.
What fabrics are your products made from?
Our collections use European Flax® certified linen and 100% cotton.
