Since our colorful products are hand-dyed using plant waste, they are delicate items, and returns are not accepted.
Our return period is 15 days.
Products to be returned must have their tags intact, or hygiene seals must not be removed. They must be sent back in their original packaging/box as received. The product must be returned in its original condition.
Once the product you purchased is returned to us, it will undergo an inspection.
If the defect, issue, or damage is determined to be user-induced during the inspection, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal timeframe of 10 business days.
Cash refunds are not provided.
For the product to be eligible for a return, it must be sent with the invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resellable condition or are no longer fit to be sold to another customer are not accepted, and their cost is not refunded.
